A percentage value, e.g. 2.5 means 2.5%.

buy_feenumberrequired

The amount denominated in the currency given by currency.

sfc_transaction_levynumberrequired

A percentage value; when "More settings" is collapsed, the default rate is auto-filled and submitted.

A percentage value; when "More settings" is collapsed, the default rate is auto-filled and submitted.
